For all tours listed on our Web site (www.in-russia.com), the company will provide interested customers with prices based on availability. For special offers, including "featured tours", prices will always be consistent with those listed on the Web site or in any promotional materials released by the company. In order to insure that a tour is obtained for the price quoted on the Web site OR in any supplementary promotional material OR by any official representative of the company and to secure a place in the group, the customer must provide a deposit of 100 percent the cost of the tour two months prior to departure. If this condition is not met the prices may change subject to availability. ALL payments must be finalized two months prior to departure in order to fully guarantee availability. For all tours requested less then two months prior to departure the price listed on the site or in any supplementary promotional materials will increase by at least 10%. All initial deposits are refundable minus a $200.00 fee per person and any expenses incurred by In-Russia within a period of one month or greater prior to the departure date of the tour. After this period, deposits are no longer refundable. Deposits made for groups of 10 people or more are non-refundable. Upon payment for a tour, the customer will receive within a 24-hour period a receipt of payment as well as a voucher issued by the company for the services to be rendered in accordance with the tour purchased. Refunds for the services that were not provided during a tour are issued within a two-month period after the refund is confirmed. Missed ski lifts due to weather conditions are subject to 50% refund.

Travel to Russia, through partner agencies, offers discount air tickets based upon relationships between the company and international and domestic airlines. All prices for air tickets, unless otherwise specified, are good for a 24 hour period following the Company?s issuance of the applicable price. Upon payment for air tickets, the customer will receive a receipt from the company within a 24 hour period. Electronic tickets will be issued within a 3 day period. Standard paper tickets will be issued and received by the customer within a 7 day period, unless otherwise indicated by the company. All air tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable.
Travel to Russia attempts to provide round-the-clock service for air-ticketing. In order to locate the best discount prices, however, the company will sometimes require a maximum of 24 hours to respond to client ticket requests.

Travel to Russia offers discount booking of hotels, hostels, guest houses, etc. within the Russian Federation. When a hotel is booked on-line, the customer will immediately receive a receipt of payment followed by a faxed voucher, which is to be issued within a 24-hour period. When a hotel reservation is made off-line or via e-mail correspondence, hotel prices listed will be good for a 7 day period. Upon payment for a hotel, the client will receive a faxed confirmation voucher from the company within a 24 hour period.
When specifically requested by the client, hotel vouchers can be sent via Federal Express.
Individual hotel reservations may be canceled up to 7 days before arrival for a service charge of 10 percent the cost of the reservation. Group reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival for a service charge of 10 percent the cost of the reservation.

Travel to Russia shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or due to a cause beyond Travel to Russia’s control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities.
